The recruitment cell of Southern Railway has announced a new recruitment through sports quota. The official notification of this recruitment has been released. Applications have started from 13 September on the official website rrcmas.in.
Recruitment will be done under these sports categories:
- Athletics
- Body building
- Boxing
- Cricket
- Football
- Volleyball
- Swimming
- Table tennis
- Weightlifting
Educational qualification:
- Level – 1: 10th pass or ITI degree
- Level -2/3: 12th pass or its equivalent
- Level 4/5: Graduation Degree
- Candidates showing their talent at national or international level can apply.
Edge Limit:
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 25 years
Fees:
- SC/ST/Women/X Serviceman/PWBD: Rs 250
- All others: 500 rupees
- Reserved candidates selected in trials will be refunded their full fees and Rs 400 to other candidates.
Salary:
- 18,000 – 29,200 rupees per month
- The benefit of other allowance will also be given.
Selection Process:
- Sports trial
- Document verification
- Medical exam
How to apply:

- Click on the link of Online Registration for Sports Quota for the Year 2025-26 on the homepage.
- Here, complete your registration process through your state, name, mobile number, valid emede address, date of birth.
- Now login through registration numbers and fill your other details in empty boxes.
- Fill all the information related to your sports carefully.
- After completion of the details section, upload your latest photo, signature in the correct size.
- According to the category, pay the application fee and after submitting the form the form, take out the print out.
