This recruitment was taken out for a total of 111 posts including 90 of EO and 21 of RO in the Department of Autonomous Governance. The Commission had released a provisional list of 309 candidates for document verification. After examining the documents, 111 posts have been finalized.

A total of 4 lakh 37 thousand 870 candidates applied for the examination. 1 lakh 20 thousand 574 candidates appeared in the examination held again on 23 March.

The examination was canceled due to paper leak-halt Commission Secretary Ramnivas Mehta said that earlier this examination was conducted on 14 May 2023. It included 1.96 lakh candidates. Provisional list of 311 candidates was released. However, due to paper leaks and cheating, the Commission decided to revoke the examination on 25 October 2024. The re -examination was held on 23 March 2025.

Four arrested including former Congress Minister of State Gopal Kesawat

On 16 July 2023, the ACB had registered a case of demanding Rs 40 lakh in the name of RPSC member by changing the OMR sheet of Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) Executive Officer (EO) recruitment examination. In this, four people including former Congress Minister of State Gopal Kesawat were arrested.
