Vikas Divyakirti’s lawyer Puneet Singhvi said- We had said in the appeal that we have not hurt anyone’s spirit. The criminal processing that Ajmer Judicial Magistrate Court has started against us is wrong.

He said- Our intention was not to hurt anyone’s feelings. The video that is being talked about in this case. He has also been distracted. Such an action disrupts the right to Freedom of Speech. The lower court has not legally followed the entire process in this entire case.

The court also made the state government a party in the case While advocating on behalf of complainant Kamlesh Mandolia, Advocate Rajesh Kumar Sharma said- Divyakirti has issued wrong statements against Judiciary. This has led to defamation of judicial officers. The lower court has followed the process under the law itself.

Kamlesh Mandolia sought time from the court to respond to the petition. On this, the court has given 2 weeks to respond by making the state government a party in the case.

Orders were given to appear in Ajmer court The complainant had complained against Vikas Divyakirti for defamation in Ajmer Court. He had said in the petition- Vikas Divyakirti has used derogatory and satirical language against the judiciary in a video.

The court of Manmohan Chandel, the presiding officer of Judicial Magistrate No. 2 Ajmer in the case, ordered Vikas Divyakirti to appear on July 22. Vikas Divyakirti appealed to the High Court against this order, but his petition could not be heard. On July 22, Vikas Divyakirti applied for the Hajiri waiver for hearing in Ajmer Court. On this, the court ordered him to appear on August 2.

On this, on the complaint of advocate Kamlesh Mandolia, the court of Manmohan Chandel, the presiding officer of Ajmer’s Judicial Magistrate No. 2, had registered a case and issued notices to the concerned parties.

After the debate was completed, the judge had partially accepted the defamation case presented by Kamlesh Mandolia in a 40 -page order. The court has ordered Vikas Divyakirti to appear in the court.
