IDFC First Bank has vacated the post of Customer Experience Officer. Shortalized candidates on this post will have the responsibility of managing retail banking businesses.
Roll and Responsibility:
- Responsibility for Branch Day to Day Operations and Administration.
- To ensure strict compliance with the bank’s policy and procedure.
- Responsibility for branch operations and service delivery to customers of a designed branch in rural networks.
- Creation of data entry, customer ID and accounts of application forms.
- To check file or document checking including KYC checking, application form and loan document verification.
- Cash handling and clearing transactions.
- Maintaining good audit ratings for the branch.
- Working towards ensuring the best in class delivery in branch for external and internal customers.
- Use tools such as automation and digitalization to increase process efficiency.
Educational qualification:
- Candidates applying for this post should have graduation degrees.
Experience:
- Candidates should have an experience of 1 to 4 years in the banking sector.
Salary Structure:
