Recruitment Syllabus
Punjab and Haryana High Court Chandigarh has issued a notification for recruitment to peon posts in the year 2025. This direct recruitment will be done on a total of 75 posts. The application process for this has started and the last date has been fixed on 4 August 2025.

To join the recruitment, the candidates should have minimum educational qualification 10th pass. Along with this, the candidate must have a one -year diploma in cooking or colonial arts and a practical experience of at least 3 years. This experience will be valid in hotels, restaurants or any government department.
The square -wise details of the posts are as follows:
- General Category: 63 posts
- Scheduled Castes / Backward Classes: 8 posts
- Ex -servicemen: 4 posts
- Total posts: 75
Selected candidates will get a pay scale ranging from ₹ 16,900 to ₹ 53,500 under Level-1.
Application fee:
- ₹ 700 for candidates of general and external state
- SC/ST/BC of Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh and ₹ 600 fee for ex -servicemen candidates will be paid online through online.
Youth up to 27 years of age apply
The age for recruitment has been fixed at 18 to 27 years. This age will be decided on 4 August 2025 as Aadhaar. Candidates of any category will not be given age relaxation.
Before the application, all the candidates have to keep the following documents ready –
- 10th marksheet
- Cooking/Caller Diploma Certificate
- Three -year experience certificate
- Aadhar card
- Caste certificate (if applied)
- Ex -servicemen certificate (if applied)
- Passport Size Photo
- Scan copy of signature
