If KYC (KYC) is not updated in One Time Registration (OTR), then candidates can apply online from today. Investigation by Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) revealed that more than 10 lakh candidates have not been verified in the state.
,
These candidates will have to update Aadhaar or Jan Aadhaar number for KYC. It can be updated by applying on the State Recruitment Portal of OTR from 7 July i.e. from today. Without upgrade, no candidate will now be able to fill the form in any vacancy.
Please tell that at present 69 lakh 58 thousand 433 candidates are registered in One Time Registration. Candidates may be involved in all exams without paying fees by registering one time.

According to RPSC, various OTR profiles have been investigated that many candidates have made more than one profile through various SSO IDs.
- KYC did not exceed 10 lakhs – RPSC Secretary Ramnivas Mehta said- 37 lakh 53 thousand 302 candidates have been verified by Aadhaar and 21 lakh 70 thousand 830 candidates. The remaining 10 lakh 34 thousand 301 candidates have got one time registration done through SSO ID, but they have not been KYC.
- More than one profile will be controlled – Investigation of various OTR profiles by RPSC has revealed that more than one profile by many candidates is created through various SSO IDs. In such a situation, to prevent doubling and ensure the identity of the candidate, it is necessary to verify the OTR profile through E-KYC through Aadhaar or public base.
- Therefore also KYC is necessary – Commission Secretary informed that it is mandatory to complete the KYC procedure to apply for any recruitment through the State Recruitment Portal on the 27 November 2024 notification biometric verification issued by the Personnel Department. Therefore, the candidates are being given the opportunity to do OTR e-KYC through Aadhaar/Jan Aadhaar from July 7.

This is one time registration
While presenting the budget of FY 2023-24, the then Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot announced one time registration to provide relief to the youth. The Department of Personnel issued a circular on 12 July 2023. In this, 600 rupees were kept from the candidates of General category, 400 rupees from all types of reserved category candidates and 400 rupees from PwDs.
For this, all the candidates had to generate their separate SSO ID. Once the registration is done, the candidate will be valid as long as the exam can be given according to his qualification and age eligibility. Apart from agencies conducting exams in Rajasthan, this system also applied to the recruitments released in Autonomous Agency like DLB, Discom and Housing Board.
Earlier every candidate had to pay different fees for every exam. But the fees were to be paid only once at the time of one time registration. Candidates can then be involved in any exam.
