Rajasthan Public Service Commission i.e. RPSC has issued recruitment notification for 1,015 posts of Police Sub Inspector and others. Candidates interested for these posts can apply in online mode from August 10 by visiting the official website of the Commission rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in.
Vacancy Details:
A total of 1,015 posts of sub-inspector and others are to be filled under this recruitment.
- Sub-Inspector (AP): 896 posts
- Sub-Inspector (AP) Sahariya: 4 posts
- Sub-Inspector (AP) for Scheduled Area (TSP): 25 posts
- Sub-Inspector (IB): 26 posts
- Platoon Commander (RAC): 64 posts
Educational qualification:
- Candidates applying for these posts should have a graduation degree in any stream from any recognized university.
Edge Limit:
- The applying candidates should be between 20 and 25 years old.
- The OBC category will be given a 3 -year discount in the maximum age limit.
- At the same time, SC and ST will get 5 years discount.
Salary Structure:
- Selected candidates will get salary under Pay Matrix Level 11, which includes grade pay 4200 rupees.
Application fees:
- General, OBC (Creamy Layer): 600 rupees
- SC, ST, EWS, Sahariya, Divyang and OBC (Non Creamy Layer): Rs 400
Selection Process: The selection process will be completed in three stages-
- Retren exam
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Interview
The final merit list will be made based on the performance of each phase.

- Click on the Apply tab on the home page.
- Now register by entering details of mail ID, phone number etc.
- Fill the application form and upload documents.
- Submit and submit the application fee.
