On August 28, Rajasthan High Court canceled 2021 SI recruitment. The single bench of Justice Sameer Jain admitted that the recruitment examination paper was leaked, including 5 members of RPSC. answer – Harendra Neil, a petitioner counsel in the Rajasthan High Court, says, “Candidates who have cleared the exam right now. The Commission can issue a notice of reigns for this recruitment. Candidates may join the reigns.
Apart from this, the candidates who have completed training can keep the decision of the single bench for reconsideration in front of the divisional bench.

Question 2 – Will the recruitment exam be again, who will be able to give exams?
answer – According to the High Court’s decision, the Commission can either conduct an examination again for the recruitment of 2021. Or can include these 859 posts in the recruitment of 2025. For this, the Commission will soon issue notifications.
If these posts are included in the recruitment of 2025, then all such candidates will be allowed to appear in the written examination of 2021 recruitment. Even if his age has not become more than the age limit.
Question 3 – Will you have to pay a fee again for the reigns?
answer – If the commission makes reigns for this recruitment, then the fees will not have to be paid again. Complete information about this will be released on the website of the IOG.
Question 4 – Can the decision of the High Court change now?
answer – According to Advocate Harendra Neil, ‘It is rarely likely. The commission can currently go to the divisional bench. If the matter reaches the Supreme Court, then the decision may come on the decision because the matter is related to people’s jobs.
Question 5 – What will happen to those who left their old government jobs and become SI?
answer – The High Court has said in its order that if someone has resigned from his government job to join a new post, they should be issued an order to restore their original positions in government service as per the conditions.
Court admitted, paper leaked due to RPSC connivance
The petitioner’s counsel Harendra Neil told the media that the court has clearly stated that 6 members of RPSC were also involved in the paper leak. At the then chairman’s house, the accused Babulal went to Katara, so that some candidates could be benefited. The court said that when the paper spread across the state and reached the Bluetooth gang, this recruitment cannot be valid.
