Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) will conduct Assistant Engineer Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination-2024 at 162 centers from tomorrow for three days from tomorrow. About 58 thousand candidates are registered at these centers built in Jaipur and Ajmer.

This exam will run for three days for recruitment to 1014 posts of AEN. On the first day, there will be a paper of general knowledge in the first innings. A total of 44 examination centers have been set up in Ajmer for this paper. 14 thousand candidates will take the exam here. All preparations have been completed for this.
Commission Secretary Ramnivas Mehta said -The admit card of the examination is uploaded on the Commission’s website and SSO portal. Applications can be downloaded by entering the application number and date of birth through the admit card link available on the website of the Admit Card Commission. The Commission will also give an additional time of 10 minutes to fill the fifth option of OMR for each question paper in this examination.
This is the exam schedule
- 28 September 2025: General Knowledge and General Science: 10 am to 12 noon. Civil Engineering: 3 pm to 5 pm.
- 29 September 2025: Electrical Engineering: 10 am to 12 noon. Mechanical Engineering: 3 pm to 5 pm.
- 30 September 2025: Agriculture Engineering: 10 am to 12 noon.
Entry will be available one hour before
An admission will be given to any candidate at the examination center till 60 minutes before the commencement of the examination. After this, no candidate will be given admission to the examination center. Therefore, the candidates should be present at the examination centers before the time for admission to the examination center in each examination session on the day of examination, so that the security and identity work can be completed on time. On arrival late, the search can be deprived of appearing in the examination due to the time.
Photo identity is necessary
Candidates will have to appear at the examination center with the original Aadhaar card (color print) at the examination center. If the photo is old or unclear on the original Aadhaar card, then other original photo identity cards such as voter identity cards, passports, driving licenses which have colored and latest clear photos, be present at the examination center. Along with this, the candidates should also be sure to paste the latest color photo on the admit card. Admission will not be given to the examination center in the absence of a clear original photo identity card. Candidates must observe the necessary instructions issued with the admit card.
Do not get seduced, do contact
Candidates appearing in the examination conducted by the Commission should not be misled by any broker, mediator, socialist or criminal. If someone gives a bribe in the name of passing the examination or any other temptation and fashion, then inform the investigating agency and commission control room number 0145-2635200, 2635212 and 2635255 in this regard. In case of improper means and involvement in unfair acts in the examination, life imprisonment under the Rajasthan Public Examination (prevention of unfair means) Act, 2022, a fine of up to Rs 10 crore can be confiscated by punishment and movable immovable property.
