Khalid said that his sister has to give an exam and for this, he should solve the paper. Professor Suman agreed. At 11:35, Suman got a three -page question paper. The paper was easy, he solved the paper in 10 minutes and sent it to Khalid.
However, after sending the answer, Suman got some doubt. She got into thinking whether there was a paper that day or not. In such a situation, he immediately called Bobby Panwar, President of Uttarakhand Students Swabhiman Morcha and told the whole thing. Sent three pages of question paper and its answers on WhatsApp.
This information was given by Uttarakhand Police Bobby Panwar, Prof. Suman and Khalid Malik are lodged in the FIR written against others.
Actually, on Sunday, Uttarakhand had an exam for graduate-level posts, but it was alleged that the question paper has been leaked within half an hour. After this, the administration passed the order not to gather in Dehradun. Despite the order, a large number of students gathered and started protesting against the government.
Mastermind was arrested before the charge
The police arrested two people before the exam was being alleged on Sunday and allegations of paper leaks. These people were found to be aspirants saying that they can pass in the exam by giving some money. The police arrested Pankaj Gaur and Hakam Singh on Saturday. He had allegedly demanded Rs 12-15 lakh from students. Hakam Singh has also been arrested in 2021 as the mastermind of the paper leak of the Government Recruitment Exam.
Social media posts are going to mislead- Uttarakhand Police
The exam started at 11 am on Sunday for the recruitment of Graduate level graduate level of Uttarakhand Sub-Ordinary Service Selection Commission. The exam was to be held till 1 pm. However, Uttarakhand Swabhiman Morcha president Bobby Panwar alleged that the paper was leaked at 11:30 pm.
In response to this, the Dehradun police claimed that social media posts who accused the paper leak are going to mislead. Along with this, the police has also rejected the involvement of a gang.
After this, two organizations of youth Uttarakhand Unemployed Association and Swabhiman Morcha started demonstrations with this. At 9:30 pm on Sunday night, Senior Superintendent of Police Ajay Singh held a press conference. In it, Singh said that SIT has been formed to investigate the case.
DM ordered not to gather
Haridwar police detained Bobby Panwar for investigation. At the same time, the District Magistrate implemented section 163 of BNSS on 12 locations of Dehradun on Sunday night so that more than five people could not gather anywhere. Despite this, the performance of the students was released and they gathered in different parts of the city. A large number of students reached there after heavy police forces were deployed at the parade ground.
These demonstrations were led by Bobby Panwar and Tribhuvan Chauhan. Both are quite popular on social media and have contested the Lok Sabha elections independents.
FIR- Bobby Panwar on whistleblower
The FIR lodged by the police reads, ‘The exam either supports cheating or conspired to discredit the recruitment process. The situation will be cleared only after a thorough investigation.
FIR has also been done against Khalid Malik, his sisters Sabia and Heena along with Professor Suman. Bobby Panwar told Dainik Bhaskar, ‘We will continue to perform until the Chief Minister considers our demand. We want the examination to be conducted again, the paper leak should be investigated and the cases filed against the students should be returned.
Bobby Panwar further said that Prof. It was Suman who gave information about the paper leak and the police registered a case on him. This is not right. Their case should be returned.
‘Case has been facing cases for three years’
Today, while students are protesting in Dehradun, on the other hand, Anil Singh is waiting for his hearing sitting in the court premises. He is accompanied by 12 more students like him.
