WBSSC Steno Typist Syllabus – Dictation & Transcription (Paper-II)
In this section first, the candidate need to appear for Transcription of shorthand notes in Computer. The time duration of the exam is One hour. After completing the Transcription you will appear in Dictation and you have to type 80 words per minute. No. of Error will be decided by West Bengal staff selection Commission.

The candidates are required to type from a manuscript accurately in Computer at the rate of not less than 35 words per minute.
